Very honored and excited to announce my verbal commitment to play D1 lacrosse at the University of Loyola. Thank you to my family, coaches and friends who helped me get to where I am… https://t.co/pbL6IMMSSv
#BellLetsTalk about the people who aren't ready to talk. That doesn't make your hardships any less valid or mean that you're not as strong as anyone else. You're tough as hell and I'm routing for you.
Some everyday reminders, but especially today on #BellLetsTalk:
1. You are not alone.
2. Your feelings/emotions are valid.
3. You deserve to get help.
4. Needing medication is not a sign of weakness.
5. Mental healthcare is not one size fits all.
I can't wait for the day when help for those with depression is as readily available and as easy to access as help for those with a broken arm.
These need to be seen as fundamental pillars to a successful society. I think we'll get there. #BellLetsTalk
Some really big names would have to retweet my pinned tweet in order for it to hit 400k so I'm feeling confident I won't have to get a leafs tat.
Care to prove me wrong?

#BellLetsTalk is centered around ending the stigma of mental health. It's been a largely successful venture (although there's still work to do), and should be applauded for that.
Reach out. Speak out. Don't be ashamed. But there's more...
