@Ford Wish I could drive the Ford we bought a year and a half ago. Been sitting in my driveway since May unusable due to a TCM issue and no help or response from Ford getting a loaner they say I am due. No end in sight to when it will be fixed. Paying a car payment for nothing.

I was promised a call on this in 1 business day last Monday, August 15th. I have still not heard from @Ford on this issue. School starts tomorrow and we are still without a 3rd car! We need a loaner or this car fixed ASAP! @roughgod21

Paying a car payment and insurance for a product we cannot use! We bought the car out of necessity and now scrambling with school starting again. We have had the car since April 2021 (bought with 29,000 miles on it) broke down in May 2022 with only 38,600 miles on it!
