The club is pleased to announce the signing of winger Billy Fewster, Billy joins the club after his departure from Alfreton Town
After spending his younger years at Leeds United Billy made the move to Nottingham Forest where he made a handful of first team appearances.
Whilst on the books at Nottingham Forest he enjoyed a loan spell at Scunthorpe United.
After his departure from Forest he linked up with Alfreton Town and despite only being 22 yrs old he has made over 100 appearances at step 2
Here are some words from the Gaffer on Billys signing
"We're delighted to welcome Billy to the football club.
He's another player that fits the dynamic of the type of player we wanted to recruit this summer.
At such a young age to have made the amount of appearances he has shows what ability he possesses and we are sure he will keep improving in our environment.
He's a player who delivers end product whether that be assists or goals and is always on the move in the final 3rd.
We're pleased he has chosen Cleethorpes as his next step and we look forward to integrating him into the group."
We're looking forward to seeing Billy in an Owls shirt

@CalTalksNL Really upset that he’s left tbf, understandable but he has got a wand of a left foot.
Only hold up was his hesitation driving forward - his crosses are brilliant but preferring to cross 30-40 yards deep instead of driving into open space did confuse me

The best young players in @NL_Enterprise North
Remi Walker @telfordutd
The former Birmingham u23 player had an impressive season with Telford with 16 goals and 10 assists in 42 starts
An intelligent and technically gifted no.8 who takes the ball well in half spaces and combines really well to create chances for himself and others.
Would expect a whole host of national league clubs and some @EFL league two club would be interested in his signature.
I am sure Telford will be doing all they can to keep him but will have a fight on their hands
@Fxnlay0@neonfrenzie@GregBak59237411@kiddyguest Hes wrong though. You can opt out - teams have this year you just have to pay a fine. Also, they try to catch teams out by making them play 5(i think?) starters from the last league fixture.
Just a poor competition to benefit the prem again.
Connor Kirby is an all-action midfielder, who has been ever-present in Buxton’s (#UpTheBucks) recent playoff campaigns.
The 27 year-old possesses an impressive passing range, is an aggressive ball winner whilst still being a goal-scoring threat.
