My Dad bought his house on one acre of land in a really nice suburb of L.A. in 1970 for $20,500. 3 beds, two baths, a barn for two horses, A chicken coop, and fenced off area where we raised a couple cattle, goats and pigs. We loved it.

@PCArsenault When I was a Police Officer, I was appalled at how many officers including the supervisors used their phones while driving. Talking, texting, you name it. And they would all justify they are permitted to do it under the HTA.

@SloCan68 I have never stopped going to the USA. I rented an Air B and B on the ocean in North Carolina. We leave in two days. The USA is an awesome country to travel to....Trump or no Trump.

@one_miloo I wasn't in the roofing business, but once I had to take half a steel roof off a house because the company that did the work 8 yrs earlier wouldn't come back. The house had a lot of rotten sheathing. We took all the old shingles off, fixed all rotten plywood, and reinstalled it.

@one_miloo As a former construction owner, I never liked leaving the old shingles. Before you put on a steel roof you should inspect ALL the wood sheathing. You can't if you dont remove the shingles. I also think the heat it creates between the plywood and the steel poses an issue.

@Pigsapple113320 He is a permabull and made many wrong calls. But I will say this, he's been in this trade for over 8 years and has not been wrong on the general direction of the U market. He's been early, but he's been early but in the past U stocks have mostly hit his targets.
