@holscaz @birchbox Yes I did. I emailed them and they responded. They refunded the charge and removed my credit card from their site. It took them a couple of days to respond but they did refund and cancel the new subscription.

@birchbox - I cancelled in October 2022. Got your email about your relaunch. Ignored since I cancelled my account. Just now got an email that a new box is shipping. Logged in and you've reactivated my account without my permission and are charging me for a year subscription!

@birchbox I think you have a system malfunction. You renewed a subscription and charged me for a box I didn’t order or authorize. I closed my account sept 2022. Received email about “relaunch” but I think you have a major glitch. There is no easy way to contact you!

I'm pretty sure anyone who has anything positive to say about the NHL's new dynamic ads has a vested interest in their success. Constant movement on the boards is distracting; hard to follow the puck and the entire screen flashes every few seconds. We had to stop watching.
