I don’t care what kinda of genetics you have, getting to be 200+ lbs and lean take intentional hard work and discipline. And if we’re being real, many people aren’t willing to do what it takes to get there

Back and arms have finally become strong points in my physique in my personal opinion. Gotta shift focus and see if I can grow chest and shoulders to round myself out

Sometimes solo training is inevitable in the gym. But if you find someone who is willing to push the boundaries of your intensity, it can make a world of difference in your training, and ultimately the quality of your physique

The response to GoW Laufrey just shows how smooth some people’s brains are. Not an ounce of critical thought in between those earlobes. That was a great trailer. I’m excited for the game. Argue with the wall

It’s always the faceless accounts that have something to say about whether a natural or enhanced physique looks good or not. The opinion was trash to begin with but if you don’t have a physique to even show, there’s nothing to talk about

I like working out. I get a lot out of pushing myself in that way and it has provided a lot of health benefits for me. And I like to post my results from time to time. But this isnt dogma that everyone must follow. Follow along and engage if it applies

The best policy I can give for social media is to post from your own experiences. Making reductive conclusions based on your anecdotal experience and worse yet, generalizing it as law for the general public is truly a waste

If you don’t view fitness as a priority you can just say that. No one’s gonna jump you, it’s actually the default opinion

There’s not a lot of things that get under my skin but one thing that grinds my gears is the idea you can’t be in shape in your 30s

I know a lot of people think they would die if they couldn’t work out but that’s simply not the case. And barring any permanent disability you can get what you lost back and potentially grow even more
