In case anyone is looking for a reputable insurance company Do Not go with State Farm, they are anything but a good neighbor. We have tried twice to get our roof fixed and have had three roofers take pictures of the hail damage and no help from Statw Farm. #statefarm

Just got off the phone w/their agent saying “we haven’t been able to get a hold of our insured client, so I’m going to deny your claim, now.” After 5mos of runaround and silence

So my home flooded a week ago from the water heater leaking. Apparently it happened early and by the time we got home 75% of my home was flooded. I’m living in a catastrophe and nobody at my insurance company cares. I got a claim # then silence. @StateFarm #statefarmsucks
