🚨 “WE ARE TIRED OF BURYING OUR PEOPLE.”

Rev. Ezekiel Dachomo, a regional leader of the Church of Christ in Nations in Plateau State, Nigeria, continues to speak out after years of burying Christians killed in attacks across Nigeria’s Middle Belt.

On September 25, Dachomo sat beside the graves of three church members killed the previous night in Gassa. Local reports said nine more people were killed in attacks on nearby communities within the following 24 hours.

Dachomo says he has presided over more than 70 mass burials and continues to call on Nigerian authorities and the international community to protect vulnerable Christian communities.

The violence has also struck his own family. Dachomo says nine members of his extended family were killed in a July attack that local witnesses attributed to Fulani militants.

Yet he continues to speak for widows, orphans and persecuted Christians.

And even as he criticizes failures in Nigeria’s security response, he has urged Christians to pray for the soldiers:

“Pray for them that God should show them mercy.”
