I signed up for posted trial in november last year

I wanted to find ugc creators for @postel_app - but wasn’t satisfied

I cancelled in time (I‘m 100% sure I did)

You charged me anyways

As a founder I know refunds suck and bugs happen

But having a 20 steps refund form and saying „if you don’t hear back from us within 7 days you can kiss your money goodbye“ is not the way to go about it!
