NEW: Multiple DHS sources confirm to @FoxNews that the suspect charged w/ murdering a Walmart manager in Philadelphia, PA on Wednesday is a Haitian illegal alien who flew into the U.S. via former President Biden's CHNV mass parole migrant flights program in 2023. Per sources, 23-year-old Destino Jean-Louis flew into the US on 11/24/2023 via Fort Lauderdale International Airport, and his legal status was revoked on 6/12/2025 after President Trump terminated the program.

According to investigators, Jean-Louis had previously been married to the victim he killed as part of an immigration-related sham marriage arrangement that was designed to help get him get a green card in the US. But after DHS denied the application in July, the victim, Latosha Cooper, withdrew the petition and cut off contact with him, and Jean-Louis became angry. He is accused of shooting Cooper in the head outside of the Walmart on Wednesday after finding out about her work schedule. He previously worked at the Walmart with her. The DA in Montgomery County, PA has now charged him with murder.

Did you ever hear about Olga’s preventable death? Of course not, that’s why I do this. MSM doesn’t report these deaths because they don’t want you to know about illegal immigrant crime. That’s also why X hides this account.

Please repost so Olga isn’t forgotten and inform people of her preventable death.

NEW: In wake of 60 Minutes segment on ICE's deportations to third party countries, DHS has released a list of some of the most egregious illegal aliens they've removed to third party countries because their own countries wouldn't take them back, including murderers, pedophiles, and rapists. Yosmel Luis Palomino Galan, an illegal alien from Cuba, deported on August 15, 2025. His criminal history includes convictions for two counts of premeditated murder with a deadly weapon in Florida.

Roberto Mosquera-Del Peral, an illegal alien from Cuba and Latin Kings gang member, deported on July 14, 2025. His criminal history includes convictions for first-degree premeditated murder, aggravated battery causing bodily harm or disability, aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer, vehicle theft, andreckless driving in Florida.

Thongxay Nilakout, an illegal alien from Laos, deported on May 20, 2025. His criminal history includes convictions for first-degree murder, attempted murder, and second-degree robbery in California.

The "Beloved Coach" Story Leaves Out the Gun and the Suspected Cocaine

The media wants you to cry for "Coach A." Here is what they keep skipping.

Amaury Jose Monsalve Figuera, a Venezuelan national, has coached youth baseball in DC and Virginia for years, including at Deal Middle School, Jackson-Reed High School and Woodson High School.

On October 18, DC police stopped him for allegedly running a red light while he was working as a chauffeur. The police report says officers found a handgun, a fifth of tequila and a clear bag of white powder reportedly determined to be cocaine.

The next day, ICE took him into custody at his immigration court hearing. He is now being held in Louisiana, with a bond hearing set for November 3.

ICE calls him a criminal illegal alien. The agency says he was arrested for firearms, ammunition, drug and open-container offenses, and that his green card was revoked following immigration fraud.

His family says he was a lawful permanent resident with no record who was seeking citizenship. Their adviser blames mistakes made by a former attorney more than 20 years ago.

WTOP reports the DC U.S. Attorney's office filed no charges against him or his passengers. ICE is acting on immigration law, which is a separate matter.

A green card is a privilege, not a right. Fraud ends it, and a traffic stop with a gun and suspected cocaine in the car is not the kind of record that wins anyone sympathy.

Should a green card revoked for fraud be forgiven just because the person coaches kids? I don't think so.
