@LIGNEP_SNCF@LIGNEP_SNCF no point in customer service on WhatsApp. The agent did nothing to help or resolve this query. It seems a targeted vulnerable tourist who’re guest but treated like criminals… so impolite and rude agents at SNCF.
@LIGNEP_SNCF Despite having valid Navigo passes, we were fined by a rude agent for not attaching photos, which we were never informed about. As tourists, this has made our time in Paris feel unwelcoming. Please address this issue! #RATP#ParisTravel
