@JohnHann04 There’s no one who’s more anti-green than me, but this is factually incorrect. It’s true that solar panels loose efficiency when it’s hot, but this is a small percentage. My panels have been producing loads of electricity,giving me free air conditioning and a lot more power

@DaleVince This is NOT a done deal. It’s an intent to explore possibilities. Trouble is, and why this hasn’t happened before, is because the cost of electricity is wrapped up in contracts of a long term commitment to pay at a certain price. Miliband has created more liability for consumers
