Husband ran 10k this morning. Aged 77 but been placed in male 20-24 age range Bib no G4853. Two fellow runners have also been given incorrect age ranges and one male classed as female. I think you have a problem please look into this asap

@mattfrei @Channel4News @LBC Do your exercises do your exercises and do your exercises! Accept pain killers. Ice will be your best friend. I used CBD oil. Had right knee done 2019 and left knee 2022. Back running parkrun at 71. Good luck 😉

@Dawn_French Start your exercises NOW!!!!! They do hurt but you will benefit. Aged 71 two full knee replacements. Running 5k under 50 mins and walking 12k without any pain. Listen to the physios!!!! Oh and ice will be your friend for the next year - not in you drink but on your knee

You couldn’t make it up. The same three people trying to interest me in @HelloFreshUK have just rung my doorbell again!! So in a period of less than 3 hours they can’t remember who they have spoken to!!

Just had @HelloFreshUK knock on my door - two groups of 3 people going house to house. Three people cold calling is a little overpowering. Why is that cold callers always hammer on the door after they have heard our very loud doorbell ringing?
