When a number is exactly halfway between two options (like 50), Python rounds to the nearest even choice.
• 3050 -> 3000 (0 is even)
• 3150 -> 3200 (2 is even)

I spent 15 minutes trying to figure out why Python's math was broken today. 🫠
I ran round(3050, -2) expecting 3100. Python handed me 3000.
I thought it was a bug. Turns out, it's a feature called Banker's Rounding (or round-to-even).

@import_the_code @kirat_tw I created a div tag with class "quote" and added border, border-radius in css. Made the 'quote' div a flex and using 'justify-content: center', centralized the content inside.
