Put simply, as a design organisation which wants to see our neighbourhoods designed equitably, we are shifting to incubating and empowering the actors of change in our lives, business owners and entrepreneurs.
Connecting with others is instrumental to being instrumental. Interaction and forgoing participation creates ripples in the fabric of modern capitalism which seeks to draw individual biases between us.
This time round, we’ve added: Embrace the Awkwardness. We’re about to spend two weeks making and sharing new ideas in all their power and vulnerability. The School isn’t to create perfect pieces of work; it’s to collectively imagine, and see what we unlock when that happens.
ART SCHOOL starts tomorrow. Running 10am - 4pm, Tues - Sat this week & next week ✨
If you’re wondering how it all works, here’s the ART SCHOOL playbook. Endless gratitude to Freedom & Balance (https://t.co/TfHH2clBe8) for developing the rules.

Looking forward to kicking it with @Keke_Thom, exploring dynamism and the types of leadership, governance and org structures needed for a dynamic, just & life-affirming cultural ecology.

What are the aid & mobilising efforts we can join/resource/amplify in support of Pakistan?
Millions displaced, homeless, in camps, traumatised, lives lost and I've seen barely a murmur on the news.
Climate catastrophe is already here.
The Walsall Water Argonaut has a puncture 😢 so he is getting repaired today.
We'll let you know when he pops back up in Walsall.
We'll also have a date for a talk with artist @JASONWILSHERMIL soon at @newartgallery where you can hear more about his amazing sculptures!
