@888Pliskin @pikeypilled That’s how I view Catholicism and the veneration of Mary: as gynocentrism elevating a human woman in a way that amounts to idolatry. There’s no need to stray from the Lord Jesus as the center, yet humans persist in seeking honor from the created rather than the Creator.
@el7_77 Your proposal for concentric non exhaustive only workouts would then be invaluable. Not only for histamine intolerance but for muscle growth/health + mitochondria saving.
Would this be a good recommendation to start?

@el7_77 Thanks for taking the time to reply. I struggle with histamine related symptoms as well. Cyproheptadine worked for the first few weeks but my body got adapted. DAO enzymes help but are expensive.
Imo one of the biggest peat misconceptions is that because concentrics are better than eccentrics, you should do concentrics past the point of fatigue
The whole main point is that you should stimulate the cells without going into fatigue/stress, which concentrics do better

@BigDinnerPeater Amoxicillin didn't fix my white tongue. Minocycline did. But if you have the problem, I think it's best to aim for thyroid supplementation regardless. Start with 5mcg and test your temperature and pulse to determine if it's an effective dose before increasing dosage.
Lactoferrin could be a breakthrough in nerve regeneration and neuroprotection. I don't share in vitro research, but it has the potential to:
- Promote nerve regrowth in damaged nerves (spinal cord injuries, neuropathy).
- Protect brain cells from degeneration in diseases like Parkinson’s.
- Reduce inflammation & oxidative stress, creating a healthier environment for nerve healing.
“Our findings indicate that lactoferrin might have therapeutic implications for treating nerve damage, including spinal cord injuries and neuropathy."
@BioavailableNd @dash_1x With the expectation that the gut symptoms will resolve with continued supplementation? Or additional measures are then required?
@calicojackzed@HansAmato You incompetent fool. I intentionally used ‘bro’ twice in my response after you went on about it, yet you still missed the point.obvious trolling 101. As for your aggression, maybe you’re the one people should avoid. Civil conversation clearly isn’t your strength. Have a good day
@badzachtakes Thanks for sharing. In a few days, could you update us regarding it's effectiveness? I'm willing to do your method if it's more beneficial.
