2) Decentralise! Ghana is more than Accra, so create more opportunities (ie jobs) in other cities (notably in the North, with Tamale the fastest growing city in Ghana, yet historically the North has seen significant under-investment.

3) More favourable options/instruments from banks & lending institutions, and if they continue to remain heavily risk adverse/uninventive, hopefully some significant disruption & #innovation from #startups to shake up real estate ownership and the rental market.
