if PowerShell blocks `pnpm.ps1`, use `pnpm.cmd`.

never paste a seed phrase or private key into PowerShell, GitHub, Discord, or a support ticket.

this is the changing source build, not the signed Windows release.

when we post an update:

check `git status` first. never wipe local changes blindly.
