everyone's building faceless ai channels right now. this week i did the opposite.

put my real face on camera for the first time.

faceless is safer.

no cringe, nobody you know sees it, scales fast with ai.

you can't build it from behind a stock avatar.

first face-forward video this week, posted everywhere.

barely any views.

i'd still take that over a faceless account with 10x the reach.

if you're building something real, bet on people seeing the real you.

slower, but it's the only thing that lasts.

i went to automate my reply list this week and found dead accounts sitting in it.

you copy a "top builders to follow" list, paste it, trust it. everyone does.

these lists rot.

handles get abandoned, impersonated, renamed, the list you scraped is half graveyard.

building my scout tool, one big account resolved to "user not found"

another was an empty imposter.

only one of the three was the real guy.

verify your sources before you build on them.

copied data you didn't check is a bug waiting to ship.

i'm not just accepting whatever the ai spits out anymore.

it's tempting, it works, it ships, you move on.

but if you don't know WHY it works, you can't fix it when it breaks. and it always breaks.

i direct the agents, then i make them explain the why.

that's how i shipped CareerScan and Koda

understand what you build.

that's the whole difference between building and blowing up.
