After 14 months, I can finally say it… welcome to Baymahni. 🌴
We’re officially open. Watching this vision come alive has been surreal, and it’s the people who make it special.
Endless gratitude to Rodney, our team, and everyone who poured their heart into this place. 🇧🇸
From a construction zone to a paradise in progress, we brought the family down for a vacation. We had some fun hitting my favorite classic Exuma spots before heading over to the resort to show them all the updates.
Last year, I told Golden Guys Construction to stop doing remodels and start flipping properties, so they could snowball that money into passive income real estate investments. They listened, took action, and now they’re winning big.
In my most recent YouTube video I met them at some of their sites to talk about taking things a step further: Turning their flip profits into passive income. If you’re in the trades and tired of the monthly grind, this is how you build real wealth.
Family time is everything to me. There’s nothing more rewarding than watching my kids grow, laugh, and make memories together… especially in a place as special as Exuma. Grateful for moments like these.🏝️
This beach club is really taking shape now! It’s one thing to see renders but watching those renders come to life is amazing. I go over the new details and other exciting resort updates in my latest YouTube video which is out now! Check it out and let me know what you think!
Amid the chaos, it’s good to pause and take it all in, this is what it’s all about. It’s nice to appreciate the views after all the hard work of bringing this vision to life… and knowing how incredible it’s going to feel when Baymahni is finally complete.🌴
Big changes at Baymahni 🌴
We’re expanding from 14 to 40 rooms + developing 35 private estates.
If you own land or plan to, remember this:
👉 It’s not just about what’s on it now—it’s about what it could be.

Advice on Overcoming Fear 🧠
Just had a great experience at the Aspire Tour in Orlando, and I had the chance to sit down with my new friend @davidmeltzer to record a podcast with him for his show The Playbook.
After we finished I asked him some I know we all struggle with:
Nothing beats a side-by-side before and after, especially when your backdrop is in paradise.🌴
This Hardie Artisan Siding has already transformed into a smooth, primed finish, and we’re just getting started. Look how good it looks, and we’re not even done yet.💪
This mitered vanity was custom cut and installed on-site, no templates, no outsourcing. Just precision craftsmanship and a modern finish that makes it fit seamlessly.
Another clean detail coming together at Baymahni. Stay tuned, we’ve got a lot more updates to come.💪
Ever seen countertops getting custom cut on an island? 🏝️
Our quartz slabs just arrived and the team is cutting and customizing everything right here in Exuma. Watching it all come together on-site is wild. Check out how it’s done, and stay tuned for the finished product.🪚
Hoopers Bay is taking shape. The view outside is breathtaking, but it’s the details inside that get me most excited seeing this project turn into a home. Progress is steady, and every step brings us closer to the vision we imagined.
This one from Brea’s Delights, located at the Tropic of Cancer beach, is layered like a masterpiece. It’s got coconut rum at the bottom, silver in the middle, and dark on top.
Ezra’s been grinding behind the scenes, and today we finally turned on the outdoor shower for the first time. Big moment as the vision comes to life, one piece at a time.
These outdoor showers are gonna be awesome. No better way to rinse off in paradise. 🌴🚿
This spot has great food options, incredible margaritas, and a laid-back vibe that you will love. Whether you’re here for the food, the fun, or just a relaxing afternoon with your crew, the Coconut Club delivers.
