Sure, Coming from a former Supreme Court judge this argument is surprising. By ur logic, it’s like after every major train accident, the Railway Minister should never resign coz “the railway system is flawed.” That’s not accountability that’s immunity for those in charge.

is not where Mr. Pradhan / this system failed.

This is where parents & the teachers failed. Failure is a part of life, struggle is a part of life, life is uncertain only & if giving exam one more time breaks you down - you don’t deserve to become a doctor.
