@camrynpetebrown WCC has borrowed to spend more than $1b on venues, libraries and cycleways which residents and businesses can't afford.
As a result rates have doubled since 2012 to a level which for most people is unaffordable.
So they leave - 10k employees have left in the past 8 years.
