Exactly 16 years ago, Atty. Ismael Sarangaya Jr. founded the Bulacan State University Debate Society.

The 14th BHSDC: Reasserting Voices will be co-presented by the Bulacan State University Office of the Student Affairs and Services (BulSU OSAS) - Main Campus!

In line with this, registration shall therefore be FREE.

The collaboration with BulSU-OSAS is a testament to the University's commitment to develop a culture of critical thinking, socio-political awareness, and debate not only within its premises but also to high school institutions all over the province.
