🇹🇷 Supporting Turkish GTA Fans

I completely understand why Turkish fans are asking for Turkish language support in GTA VI. Experiencing one of the biggest games ever made in your native language is a completely reasonable request, and I genuinely hope Rockstar Games makes it happen.

At the same time, localization is much more than translating text. GTA VI contains an enormous amount of dialogue, mission scripts, UI, websites, radio stations, TV shows, advertisements, tutorials, and subtitles. Every line has to be translated, adapted, tested, and maintained throughout the game's lifecycle.

What makes GTA even more challenging is Rockstar's signature satire, humor, and cultural references. Many jokes and wordplays don't translate directly, meaning localizers often have to creatively rewrite content while preserving the original meaning and tone.

Adding a new language also requires extensive QA testing-from subtitle timing and UI formatting to mission prompts and future content updates. It's a long-term commitment, not a one-time task.

Publishers also have to make business decisions. Every additional language requires significant investment, so they weigh player demand, long-term support costs, and available resources. That doesn't mean Turkish players aren't valued-it simply reflects the realities of game development.

That said, Turkish is spoken by millions of gamers, and seeing GTA VI launch with Turkish support would be a huge win for the community.

We're rooting for Turkish fans and hope Rockstar listens.
