@British_Airways hello, you damaged our pram when we flew with you. After a month of back and forth you told us to buy a new one and you would reimburse us. You are now messing us around instead of paying and we are out of pocket. This is unacceptable. Please sort out now.
@British_Airways We have, but we are now being asked the questions asked at the beginning of the process, like what colour is damaged item. You have the item and told us to send you the receipt and our bank details. It defies belief as to why BA don't reimburse as promised.
@British_Airways We're not getting anywhere with that. It's going round in circles and Customer Service is taking too long to respond. We've demanded a letter of deadlock and will be escalating via appropriate channels. We are deeply disappointed at the customer service we have received.
