This morning we submitted a letter to the USFWS asking for a formal Biological Opinion related and airport expansion at #SaveBellBowlPrairie and the rusty patched bumble bee. See https://t.co/R4iDUaqLn2 for other ways you can take action to protect this species and its habitat.

Open letter to the USFWS re: rusty patched bumble bee and #SaveBellBowlPrairie. @xercessociety is simply asking the FWS to issue an official Biological Opinion to evaluate incidental take related to nesting and overwintering habitat. This is why we have an #EndangeredSpecies Act.
