Remember when we warned you all a year ago when the Online Safety act in the UK came into force and everyone was saying it would be only for adult content.

We warned you these types of laws would be going after games, streaming, chat services, search engines, app stores, AI services, forums, media services, social media, adult content, etc.

They are coming for the entire internet gloabally.

I wish people could properly correlate how the UNs agenda 2030 and the dozens of countries pushing these laws in alignment with it are part of the same exact plan to surveillance, censor and control everyone for "safety" and "sustainability".

I am starting to move from "very tired" to "sick to death" of the greater good being done by politicians for the "sake of kids" all the time. Like they are the only category that needs protecting over anything else, and more so, especially at the expense of everyone else. As if they weren't already protected enough by both laws and, especially, by their parents doing their GOD-given job!

day ahead post, I'm doing kinktober this year. Please be mindful there may be kinks/fetishes/topics individuals may not like. This is the only full post warning, each post will have a cw tag for those topics.

i've cancelled my yearly update pass and do not plan on renewing until celsys releases a better, clearer, and more specific statement, that DOES NOT throw its international users under the bus as their scapegoat

this is just a flimsy attempt by celsys to dodge having to explain folding under pressure from payment providers, because it's easier for them to rely on xenophobia instead of being upfront and honest about all of this

it's already a pain having to ignore bad faith attempts at turning this into yet another culture war discourse, but it becomes even harder to do so when the company itself is the one inviting it in in the first place

i've been a loyal international supporter of this company despite its recent rocky years , so being thrown under the bus like this feels like a giant slap to the face

just be honest

Dawg what is happening in the world, everything is becoming so fucking puritan

ART ASSETS ARE TOO LEWD??? are you fucking kidding me? Soon we're gonna be wearing fucking veils because the idea of seeing skin is too lewd.

"We destroyed the statue of david to protect the kids"

[MakroArt @makro_art]

Their new rules are absurd. No assets can be made where "two characters have either their face or bodies 'overly close'"

You also cannot have assets where thighs are touched or where someone sits on someone else's lap.

And no violent expression.

Art is under attack.
