Hello, Famishiki!

As many of you are aware, there has been some discourse lately about the place minors have in our community. I apologize for the time it took to address this, but I wanted to take a step back and really listen, instead of responding without first gaining some perspective.

First, I’d like to reaffirm that my goal has always been to make my space as comfortable, welcoming, and inclusive as possible for all viewers. However, while attempting to uphold this stance, I spoke in haste towards a Famishiki expressing their concerns and that in turn made many of you feel uncomfortable. I underestimated how strongly you all felt about this issue, and I apologize for the laxness in how I handled our shared space. I also want to apologize to all the Famishiki involved in this matter, those at the center of this discussion, and those that raised their concerns.

In the coming days, management and I will work more closely on the matter of moderation. But more importantly, I want to make this rule clear:

For the sake of internet safety for everyone, please do not bring up personally identifying information. This rule will be reflected in the stream rules in the description, too. Not complying with this rule will lead to a time-out and, after three strikes, a ban.
