@WhatCarnation@sclift1980@edhollett@AnthonyGermain There was a guy on openline a few weeks ago. He was suppose to have a cancer tumour removed from his kidney in March but was postponed. He only has one kidney, he figured he would likely die because of it.
@tornintheside I believe the gov't made in error in exempting "aboriginals" for it created the look of inequality. They should rather have indicated that those whom either hunted polar bear or were in a community where polar bears frequent the community. Same for any other massive prey.
@KellyDollimount@tornintheside Are you kidding me? Your not hunting polar bear with a little AR-15 or any of the other .223 rifles banned. That requires a hunting rifle.
@rockdaboatNL Speaking of history, until now I don't recall ever hearing much about the Spanish flu, seems it was always the great depression and how hard it was in Newfoundland that all the old people talked about. I guess with TB, polio, diabetes etc. Dying from disease was a way of life
@DaFonz5 @UncleAl91 My first cousin was a navigation officer on the old diesel submarines around 1998, he said his first trip into Florida from Halifax they docked along side an American nuclear sub. The Americans had some laugh at them. He said it was embarrassing
