@easyJet your refreshment vouchers are not being accepted anywhere at the Belfast international airport, why send them if they are of no use in the first place ?

@easyJet your on ground crew is clueless about it as well. We’ve tried scanning our vouchers or 3 stores so far and all of them are saying that it is not working ! Is this a scam ? That you just give vague vouchers to customers and show them as compensation paid ?
