@poojaofficial5 I thought the DGCA has a policy in place ie. ticket cancellation within 24 hours of booking had a full refund. I rem booking my tickets on AI this summer and they clearly stated that cancellation window within 24/48 hours was free of cost. Pls chk with dgca rules for the same.
@dpradhanbjp@RahulGandhi@INCIndia Sir... this has to be the joke of the century!! As far as govt in concerned!!
I think you need to take moral responsibility and First resign resign.. this will signal that govt is taking necessary action!

Dear @sachin_rt, as a lifelong fan who deeply respects your integrity, it is disheartening to see a brand you endorse engage in deceptive consumer practices. I purchased a premium @SugarfitOfficial plan promised with "2 blood tests," only to face a classic bait-and-switch where the second test was heavily stripped down without disclosure. Sir, you have always stood for trust and fairness—please urge the management to honor their commitments and treat their paying customers ethically.

Unethical bait-and-switch by @SugarfitOfficial. Paid for a 1-year plan promised with "2 blood tests." 1st was a full-body panel; for the 2nd, they sent a phlebotomist for just a basic HbA1c. Hiding these limits from paying users is deceptive trade practice.
A year ago, I attended a live Sugarfit webinar and purchased a premium, paid 1-year subscription. During the webinar, I was explicitly promised that "two blood tests" were included in the package, to be requested at any time of my choosing.
Test Credit 1 (Used at onboarding): A comprehensive, full-body blood panel.
Test Credit 2 (Requested yesterday): Which any reasonable consumer would expect to be of equal scope and value to track systemic health progress.
To my absolute shock, the phlebotomist arrived and informed me that this second test would only cover HbA1c and basic sugar levels.
I refused the test and escalated this. When the Sugarfit customer care team called me yesterday, I gave them a fair and direct challenge: If they can provide any proof—whether from a telephonic conversation, email, or onboarding document—stating that the two blood tests were designed to be completely different in scope, I will rest my case.
Unsurprisingly, they have no such proof because this limitation was never disclosed during the live sales pitch or onboarding.
Selling a package by promising "two blood tests" and then delivering a cheap fraction of the service on the second request is entirely unethical. If your credits have different values, you must disclose that before taking a customer's money.
I expect Sugarfit to honor the package they marketed and provide the full-body panel originally promised.

Interesting....was booking a dine out on swiggy. I use swiggy often for dineouts on my phone discount showed 15%. The same booking on my wife's phone showed 25%.
Anyone else faced this situation?
