@murdock_tm IIRC, Gridman is the first series from Tsuburaya that isn't film. IIRC, Tiga and the like did use a bunch of film, which the HD remasters used for a bunch of stuff. I'm not as well-versed in Ultra's video stuff as I am Sentai, Rider, and Metal Heroes.

HD raws for (most of ) Ultraman 80 are up. These are from a 2021 broadcast of the HD remasters. Episodes 22, 29, 30, and 48 are not included due to issues with the recording files.

@TokuAANNetwork Jiban's audio isn't great period. The BD and DVDs have similar quality. Until 41, where the DVD audio gets MUCH worse.

@Phantom245Power For eps 1-40, the BD audio is about the same as the DVDs. For 41-end, the BD audio is MUCH better than the DVDs.

@Phantom245Power While improvement over the Madman Beast Wars DVDs would be mostly down to what BD has over DVD as a format, since those DVDs used the original D1 source.
