@Nyx1128049 @anchkiko @PMoonconfession Thats true. Faust is discussing a hypothetical but Hong lu agrees he can see himself distorting. That’s where people got the idea he might distort.
I’m just saying that there was some basis for the theory not that it’s proof. I doubt the writers would be that heavy handed anyway

@PMoonconfession Tbh I love Hong Lu he’s been my fave sinner since day 1 but his canto seemed to end pretty abruptly when it was about letting his grief and sadness free. In comparison, Ryoshu gets to have more time on expressing her pain or at least more of a strong reaction
