@ECCottages how can we get in touch with you to cancel a holiday. The email on your websites bounce back saying it's an unattended website. Spent 90 mins on hold only to hear someone pick up, leave call live for 2 mins then hang up!!

@Tesco Click & Collect at our local Tesco behind 5 cars, absolutely fine, but not once between all the customers in front of us was the big touch screen where we had to input our name for collection cleaned. Surely should be done between customers or have cleaner for ppl to use?
