@MEATERmade your customer service said that this isn’t a warranty issue since the probes technically connect, which is a comical response. It seems like your customer service matches your product quality. That’s a shame.
@MEATERmade I got a MEATER Block as a gift, and it is useless. I have to have the block on the grill table AND the grill lid open for the probes to connect to the block. As soon as I close the lid, it disconnects.
