@JioCare finally gave the request to surrender my connection, my pack was expiring on 6th December and from 22nd November till today one single service engineer was not assigned to relocate my connection shifting to @airtelindia#Jio

@JioCare please look into this, relocation request is pending since Nov 22nd and I escalated this to your senior management on customer care number 3 times before, I got no help. I even tried to surrender my connection but the executive cut my call and never called me back
