@SouthwestAir Even if we earned the points with a credit card? I only canceled it because we originally used the points to book a flight but the flight was canceled in 2020 due to the lockdown. So now I am stuck with 25,000 points I can’t use.

@Keralyn86597121 @ATT @Apple It depends on where you ordered. I ordered from Apple. If you ordered from carrier it could be all over the place. Best Buy & Apple have been my only reliable preorder spots. I prefer Apple if possible though, their dates are usually accurate.
