@ChipotleTweets It was an inconvenience for me. It’s a bummer for the employees that know they’re going to have to deal with the situation for hours with disproportionately low compensation. Invest in your people.
@ChipotleTweets 36 minutes. How is this a sustainable business model? I don’t think there’s a single person in this building that’s satisfied, and that includes the employees.
@ChipotleTweets It’s not the manager’s fault. The app doesn’t give out realistic times. Putting it on them increases burnout and just makes the overall situation worse. 16 minutes. Also. I paid for guacamole and they’re out.
@ChipotleTweets , I had to wait an extra 15 minutes for my food. Not because of staff, they were all killing it. They need a working app. They need $25/hr.
I had to wait 30 minutes for my @ChipotleTweets. The staff was crushing it the whole time while dealing with verbal abuse from customers. They need $25 an hour and a realistic ordering app.
Hey @portilloshotdog , do you have a new opening date for the @citybeautiful restaurant? My wife thinks it’s creepy I check the app every five minutes.
@ChipotleTweets Actually, I couldn’t. Everyone there was hustling trying to get the orders out as fast as possible. As far as I can see, this was a chipotle corporate problem, not an employee problem.
