My snapchat account is still “permanently”locked after 10 days for absolutely no reason, I can login to the snapchat after having it deleted for 24hrs but logs me back out and locks again. I’ve tried making a few new accounts with different info and they’re instantly locking to

Love that @Snapchat permanently locked my personal account I’ve had for over 2 yrs today out of now where, making me loosing all pics or vids on that account. Then I’ve tried making a new account and as soon as I’ve left the app the account has been locked. This happening twice.

[Amber （＾ω＾） @burn_amber]

I used sc every day for almost 3 years, I used it to contact everyone I know. Now I’m an anxious mess I’m only able to use it for a couple mins per day before being locked out ty 🙃@snapchatsupport @snapchatsupport #unlockoursnaps

[Amber （＾ω＾） @burn_amber]

@laurenxmendes Same!! I was literally crying over it, 3 years of pics and vids saved on to this snapchat and I can only occasionally go on the snap when it lets me to save some but it locks me in the middle of doing so 🙃

[Amber （＾ω＾） @burn_amber]

@WastedMemess Really?? I thought I was the only one I didn’t see anyone else talk about this issue specifically and it’s devastating me that I can’t even make a new account

[Amber （＾ω＾） @burn_amber]

This is completely on you snapchat, you’ve locked my account with all my memories and tell me you’re unable to unlock it?? Once again I was locked out for no reason.
