Cleaned and unified ingredient data from a pile of sources so an AI could finally understand that scallions and green onions are the same thing. The glamorous life of a solo founder.
My food app started as “what can I cook with what’s in my pantry.” It’s now an AI you just ask “what should I eat.” The distance between those two sentences is 10 months of my life.
@DYB4NTSA Chicago has some fire food spots up there with New York. I’d say when I travel I always use https://t.co/V4NlWZJBe7 or Beli. They are slightly different, yettuce is more personalized on your taste preference and provide restaurants you’d like nearby. Beli is good as well
@mer2475@Kashmiri_chaa I hear so much about east of Turkey. I will go someday. Also I agree with the TikTok and Instagram recommendations. A lot of it is paid/promoted views. For recommendations I’d rather use a web app (https://t.co/V4NlWZJBe7) or this app called Beli. Both of them use real sources
@NicholasMoreano I don’t know if you are big on using apps or web apps but I always use https://t.co/V4NlWZJBe7 for helping me find restaurants nearby that are matched to my taste profile whenever I travel or I use Beli. It’s like the new style yelp but not as boring
@HelenYeeSports lol stay away from the veggies as much as possible. I wouldn’t trust anybody at this moment.
I normally use https://t.co/V4NlWZJBe7 for finding food recs when I’m traveling. It can become tedious using Google Maps every time.
