savien is the mod that handled every ticket we made to get ingenlabs unbanned. every time they would tell us that since it was outside of the server they couldn't do anything about it, which doesn't even make sense because he was banned for things that happened outside - (1/4)

either say no or just have their friend handle the ticket instead. its basically impossible for ingen to appeal because of this. it's biased and it's unfair. if you're going to claim it falls outside of your jurisdiction, why was he even banned in the first place? (3/4)
