@beatingthebook while we are checking in on people - can we check in with @GUnit_81 and just make sure his finances are still in tact after a whirlwind weekend with a certain lady visiting for the weekend-Feel like I’ve seen this movie before. GREG - rooting for u - but COME ON…
@beatingthebook can’t wait to hear Fezz say “Greg’s situation reminds me that back in 91 after I had a great episode on love connection, I used to get free buffets at the sands. I met a gal, we’ll call her Mandy. After a great date - what’s this? She wouldn’t get out of the car”
@beatingthebook Gentlemen, I watched the entire American classic known as DRAFT DAY (2014 movie). Costner, Jennifer Gardner (I know her from her other job) Chadwick Boseman + countless cameos. How did this not win an Oscar? ps, new Hulk Hogan documentary on Netflix is intriguing.
@beatingthebook a special welcome back K Michael. Also, didn’t realize that Michael Lombardi didn’t make the HOF on his first try. Gil, I’m sure you were the first to console him. Enjoy your day boys. Love you lots.
@beatingthebook@FezzikSports “binomially speaking Jameis is the mathematically correct choice 53.4% of the time - and that, my friend, is like printing money”

taking upwards of 30 to 60 minutes in between fights, you lose the fan base you lose the interest… Compare that to ufc they’ve made it a point to try and minimize wait times between fights. Watching UFC fights are much better experience for the fan and bettor.

In the early to mid 90s, I used to watch boxing religiously, there were weekly nationally Televised boxing cards on USA network and on prime ticket. But as evidence by the last boxing card on Netflix… The powers that B have zero organizational skill.
