@UteChap It was always going to be tough to sell an EV that is more expensive and less capable than the equivalent ICE. If they could have hit the sub-40k pricing targets they initially announced, the Lightning might have had a chance, but at $70k+, it was DOA.

Just went to a little hot spring. There’s hordes of people. Some blue-haired vanlifers (who also dyed their dog’s hair blue?) coaxed their dog in. Dog immediately vomited all over the pool. Just another lovely day in nature.

I know I’m shouting to the void, but I will continue to gatekeep everything good and beautiful in this state forever. Every place that gets “on the map” is immediately packed with vans and trash and off-leash dogs. Trails are ruined, access gets restricted.

@TanMart03 As long as you have the time and energy to give the dog a good life, you absolutely should. I never had a dog growing up. We got our first dog a couple years ago and I was a bit hesitant to commit, but it’s been amazing.

@jandmplus6 @SpencerHort_ I think part of the problem is that it’s so easy to score quickly in the NBA, so the first 40 minutes of the game can feel meaningless. A 12-15 point lead can evaporate in a couple minutes.
