Boss fight is a game mode I liked, seeing that PvE gamemodes won't really be touched soon (makes sense, it's a 3v3 game after all), I decided, for fun, to make what I Call the Boss Fight Deluxe concept. This thread will be long as it's probably my biggest concept yet.
Can we spread this new version of the BG allegations please?
This one actually focuses on the victims and doesn’t associate certain people that clout off it, especially a certain infighting creep.
Believe the victims and spread this asap.

And that's Wang Jie, I tried to make sure he is represented well.
The next following months should be reworks of previous concepts (and new members of recently empty trios).
One day I asked myself a question "What if there was a Chinese Exclusive brawler?" Like how CRK has some. So I turned that hypothetical into an event brawler. Meet Wang Jie! (I want to reveal him this month as earlier was when Brawl Stars released in China)
And that's the concept! It's not exactly perfect, but it's an idea I had since I made Harley and Pierre. But they aren't the only event brawlers as one might be arriving tomorrow... Hopefully... 6/6
Behold my new brawl stars concept: Event Brawlers! I kinda had an idea of a unique type of time-limited brawler called seasonal brawlers last year that would be for Harley. Over a year later, it evolved into this.

"The Court rejected Supercell’s request to inform players about this change. The Court believes that such an announcement would make players aware of more information than necessary, further worsening the moral damages already suffered"
The nefarious Streisand Effect:
🚨 MORE INFORMATION ABOUT SUPERCELL’S SPROUT LAWSUIT! 🚨
•The Court observed that Sprout’s model is very similar to the model of “Andrea”, an air purifier, with only a few minor changes. This is not referring to the robotic arms or the plant itself, but specifically to the robot body shape. This automatically led to a copyright infringement ruling.
•Supercell submitted Sprout concept artworks to the Court (including some we have never even seen before), hoping it would help their case, but it actually made things worse. The Court noticed from the concept art that Sprout originally had a completely different shape during the early stages of development. Only later in development did it begin to “copy” Andrea’s shape, convincing the Court that this was indeed copyright theft and not just a coincidence in creativity.
•Supercell is required to pay €250,000 for the lost license, and this is only a precautionary measure from the Court. They will have to pay even more after publishing the financial reports related to Sprout’s revenue generated in France over the last 6 years.
•The "original designer" also requested separate compensation for “parasitism.” In a legal context, parasitism means that a person or company (in this case Supercell) benefits from someone else’s work, reputation, or success without having the rights to do so or contributing themselves. The Court rejected this request because it considered that the damages caused by those actions were already covered by the previously granted copyright infringement compensation.
•The Court rejected Supercell’s request to inform players about this change. The Court believes that such an announcement would make players aware of more information than necessary, further worsening the moral damages already suffered.
•Supercell is being forced to stop using Sprout and its mutant version in France, both in-game and across all advertising and communication materials (which explains the deletion of social media posts).
•For every day Sprout remains in the game or on Supercell’s social media accounts with its current model, Supercell must pay €1,000 per day for one year.
•Supercell is also required to provide the "original designer" with auditor financial reports regarding all revenue generated from Sprout in France since April 2020, including in-game sales, merchandise, and commercial licensing. Delays in delivering these reports will result in a €1,000 monthly penalty.
•Supercell is also required to reimburse €40,000 in legal expenses.
•The Court ordered both parties to meet with a mediator to discuss a possible licensing agreement, considering that hundreds of thousands of players have already purchased access to the Brawler in-game.
•The deletion of the social media posts is proof that they have not reached an agreement yet, and that Supercell is required to change Sprout’s design
