There are just 3 wks left to see "The Maker's Mark" curated by #ClarissaLong. The show features 7 artists whose practices combine art and jewellery. They make artworks that are sculptural but also wearable, that are conceptual but also functional. BAF is open today from 12-5PM.
#JesseGray's art practice looks at waste accumulation and explores the underlying histories specific to human-made objects. She collects and reworks fragmented found materials, and works extensively with bronze casting.

"The Maker’s Mark"curated by #ClarissaLong opens this Thursday with a public reception from 6-9PM. The exhibition includes works from emerging and established women artists who are carrying the torch for contemporary art jewellery.

BAF presents "In Excess of Representation" by #NyaLewis, on view from Nov 10 to Dec 17, 2022, in the BAF Garage. The installation complicates the associations of “black” through the exploration of phenotypes and the poethics of “Blackness.”
