it’s definitely a lifestyle thing & no one should ever feel ashamed with using what they’re most comfortable with. for me, i ride horses, so tampons are a no go because it’s uncomfy when you think about straddling & bouncing on a hard saddle for an hour with a tampon.

@xoxosvts @Zoyag9fc for me, it’s based on lifestyle. i’m a pad girlie mainly because i ride horses. (i also have endo so i bleed through tampons quite frequently.) the feeling of a tampon being in me when i’m hitting the saddle is very uncomfortable, so i wear period underwear or a light pad.
