@ZackPolanski Yes there is a right to protest peacefully in this country But breaking into a premises snd committing damage is still an offence regardless and it also sounds like you’re endorsing the violence they carried out on a police officer.
@Heccles94 Entering the country illegally is still a criminal offence. So why shouldn’t they be detained until it is confirmed who they are , whether they have any overseas convictions and until any asylum claim is processed
@BBCBreakfast Yesterday morning 7:15 my local Tesco garage diesel was £1.40 a litre, yesterday afternoon it was £1.49 a litre and this morning 7:15 it’s now £1.53 a litre bearing in mind the diesel they are selling is probably stock bought pre Iran war.
@ShabanaMahmood As former police officer of a lower rank, if I lied or misled anyone ,my honesty and integrity would have been brought into question and I’d have been investigated, lost my pension, booted out and barred. Stepping down, he has effectively got away with it . Shameful two tier
No wonder people turn to other parcel companies other than @RoyalMail. I booked a collection today. Parcel was supposed to be collected between 0940 and 1240, the best their customer support could say is book it again for tomorrow. Should be renamed royal fail.
@nazirafzal Oh come off it I know as well as you that those that pleaded guilty probably had a duty brief and were offered a plea bargain by the CPS . This man on the overhand was probably well represented. Clear as day on video. So I would say a poor job by the prosecution
@AngelaRayner Is it because your party and prime minister are doing badly in the polls and are laws going to be changed as well. You’re effectively saying at 16 you’re an adult.
@Keir_Starmer Make it less attractive for the people on boats to come here. The people smugglers are like drug dealers - a revolving door. Take one out and there is another to take their place.
