@SA012208 Duvets and letters are not unauthorised and I certainly never indicated such. If your son feels he had items taken, which should not have been, he has to submit a complaint as that is the process we have. We can’t deal with it via Twitter or email.

@SA012208 @hmpps Sorry for late response. It was a 3-day lockdown search to seize items to make your loved ones life safer in our prison. We have since resumed the full regime that we have had in place April 2022.

@ruffydfire Can’t afford subsidy so who gets the unaffordable relief? The marketeers currently fleecing their fellow Nigerians? Those who have gained most from subsidy are the millionaires and billionaires. There is no good time to make difficult decisions.

@PrisonR4rmAct 60% of adults do not re -offend and that seems like prisons have impacted positively on majority of adults leaving prison. There is of course more work to be done as more complex and challenging individuals are sent to prison.

@SA012208 @PrisonStorm I’m sorry you are disappointed for your son not getting a ‘family visit’. He will have other chances if he meets the criteria. Several apps for few places means someone will miss out. Hopefully he can try video call or social busy in the meantime.
