there's a therapeutic technique called behavioral activation which can be a little confusing in therapy speak, but i found these memes that explain it in examples very well ^_^

el ibuprofeno viendo todo el dolor que llevo dentro

[Anthony Doyle🍉 @Anthonysmdoyle]

He didn't say Free Palestine and he didn't defend Macklemore. That's all you need to know.

[Wally Rashid @wallyrashid]

He seems so genuine as he looks down and reads the script on the teleprompter that went through a PR team, promoter, Robert Kraft, legal team, shareholders, etc.

[addy 🇵🇸 @queenadeIeslays]

the fact that no established, big artists in the music industry is speaking on this. these young girls at least have the courage to be on the right side!!

[Danny ໒꒰ྀིっ˕ -｡꒱ྀི১ @urlovejm23]

Cada que dicen "BTS nunca hizo música política" muere un hada ☹️ pq eso significa q no escucharon sus canciones d antes

[☁️⁷ @busanbabs]

this excuse is so funnyjfksk, bts being korean is an excuse for everything they lack/dont do. have yall forgotten all the things they spoke up for before they had fame, money, world wide fans ?? they’ve spoken against the SK GOV??!!?? but free palestine is the line smh

[lala @mooon_asm]

La diferencia es que macklemore, Pink, ed sheeran , son blancos de estados unidos e Inglaterra, los bts son soldados en reserva y corea del sur esta en un momento super tenso políticamente, aprendan a contextualizar tambien

[Back On This App and It’s Still Hell @wickdchiq]

Y’all not ready for this conversation

“Twitter is so toxic and sick”

[carlie⁷ hates ai & cb @csflowerworks]

this is the accountability that i wish army could have influenced on the situation

[izy⁷⋆🪭 @zywithluv]

.@BTS_twt take notes! be real. in a world full of ed sheerans be like macklemore. asking you once again to stand on the right side of history and to use your huge platform to speak up for palestinians. your silence is deafening and silence in the face of injustice is complicity.

[Macklemore @macklemore]

Wanting all humans to be treated equal should never be controversial.

[State of Palestine @Palestine_UN]

Real artists choose courage not complicity.

@edsheeran

Seeing other HYBE artists show support for Macklemore and his unwavaring stance on Palestine. Must be nice, can't relate @bts_bighit.

[charles r. davis @charizardavis]

and so it begins

[Lynne @_ayandamay]

Macklemore: "Ed is my friend. I've known him for 13 years... I consider him a brother."

Ed Sheeran: "Macklemore asked to join my tour last year and I agreed because I respect him as an artist."

Ew, Ed.

Anyways FREE PALESTINE 📌

[ً @sokkability]

not gonna lie i was reading though that macklemore post waiting for him to defend ed sheeran’s choice but he exposed that man for who he is and doubled down on his stance against israel. that is how you oppose apartheid
