Yesterday 22/6/25 me and a few others went to brooklands bus museum, with bus 1478 our recent refurbished TFL bus,

Id like to say thanks to the management for letting us do this and hopefully we can do more like this again in the future.

Which this could be my last ever run to Borehamwood on a 601, will be sad to see it go as it was one of the routes i like driving,

Last few nights been very interesting. Since coming on herts lynx ive been more happier and got the smile back on my face. I go to new places and the customers we have are brilliant so kind and caring. Don’t worry I’ll still have todo service work 😔

@edwardbdart Multiple reasons could be a sun glare, wasn’t looking properly. Or he doesn’t want you on his bus (in a very unlikely reason tbh) or your at a closed bus stop. 😉😉

@edwardbdart @arrivatheshires Sadly not every Sunday are like that. Just the occasional Sunday you can have a busy run. They wouldn’t be able to justify putting the extra bus on to make it 30 mins when the footfall is low in towns. I’ve seen it when multiple Sundays the 321 are completely nearly empty.

Fascinating to be on the CAV Forth autonomous bus. The bus remains manned with the driver ready to assume control, if required, but you can see the bus is steering itself.
